Ø  Essential / أساسية

• The supplier must submit copies of the following documents with the offer:
• Valid vehicle registration. If the vehicle is not registered in the driver’s name, a power of attorney from a public notary authorizing commercial use is required.
• تسجيل مركبة ساري المفعول. إذا لم تكن المركبة مسجلة باسم السائق، يجب تقديم وكالة رسمية من كاتب عدل تخول استخدام المركبة لأغراض تجارية.
•  Valid driving license for the driver.
• رخصة قيادة سارية المفعول للسائق.
• CV of the driver.
•  السيرة الذاتية للسائق.
•  Photos of the vehicle(s).
• صور للمركبة/المركبات.

Ø  Desirable / مرغوب فيه

• Familiarity with areas in Baghdad and Ninewa.
• الإلمام بالمناطق في بغداد ونينوى.
•  Computer literacy (especially MS Excel).
• الإلمام باستخدام الحاسوب (خصوصاً برنامج إكسل).
• Fluency in both English and Arabic.
• الطلاقة في اللغتين الإنجليزية والعربية.

Ø  Experience / الخبرة

• Previous work experience with INGOs.
•  خبرة سابقة في العمل مع منظمات غير حكومية دولية.
•  Female drivers are strongly encouraged to apply.
• يتم تشجيع السائقات على التقديم.

Ø  Bidders meeting the eligibility criteria may be invited for interviews.

Ø  سيتم دعوة مقدمي العروض الذين يستوفون معايير الأهلية لإجراء مقابلة.

Ø  Selection criteria / معايير الاختيار:

• The selection will be based on the quality and condition of the vehicle and the driver’s interview performance.
• سيتم الاختيار بناءً على جودة وحالة المركبة وأداء السائق في المقابلة.

• Interview weight: 100% of the scored evaluation.
• وزن المقابلة: 100٪ من التقييم.
•  
• No driving test will be conducted before the contract award.
• لن يتم إجراء اختبار قيادة قبل منح العقد.

• The selected driver will be subject to a one-week probation period to assess driving skills and behavior during actual work.
• يخضع السائق الذي يتم اختياره لفترة تجربة مدتها أسبوع واحد لتقييم مهارات القيادة والسلوك أثناء العمل الفعلي.

• If the driver does not meet the required standards during the probation period, the Organization reserves the right to discontinue the engagement.
• في حال عدم استيفاء السائق للمعايير المطلوبة خلال فترة التجربة، تحتفظ المنظمة بالحق في إيقاف التعاقد معه
• The contract may be offered on a monthly or daily basis.
• قد يتم عرض العقد على أساس شهري أو يومي

• In case the contract is offered on a daily basis, the daily rate shall be calculated on a pro rata basis by dividing the monthly amount by the number of working days in that month.
• في حال عُرض العقد على أساس يومي، يُحتسب الأجر اليومي على أساس نسبي (pro rata) عن طريق قسمة الأجر الشهري على عدد أيام العمل خلال ذلك الشهر.
