Dear Sir/Madam,
Yazda is pleased to invite qualified drug store suppliers to submit tenders for the Supply of Medicines for the Yazda MMU Project in Sinuni Subdistrict, Sinjar District, Ninewa Governorate, Iraq.
Purpose of the Tender:
This tender ensures uninterrupted delivery of essential medicines to vulnerable families through the MMU project in 14 villages in Sinuni, Sinjar District.
Required Documents (to be signed and stamped):
All documents must be submitted before the tender closing date and signed/stamped by the authorized representative of the bidder:
- Annex A- BOQ Technical offer
- Annex B – BoQ Financial Offer (filled, submitted separately in a sealed envelope)
- Annex C – Tender Submission Acknowledgment
- Annex D – Yazda Child Safeguarding Policy
- Annex E – Yazda PSEA Policy
- Annex F – Yazda Anti-Corruption Policy
- Copy of the latest tax clearance certificate (Government of Iraq or KRI equivalent)
- Good Distribution Practice (GDP) or Good Storage Practice (GSP) certification (if available)
- At least two reference letters from INGOs/UN agencies confirming relevant experience
How to Apply:
- Prepare two separate sealed envelopes:
- Envelope 1: All the required documents
- Envelope 2: Financial Offer (sealed)
- Label envelopes clearly with Tender Number (ITB#04-DHK-YAZDA-PR 319-2025), Title (Supply of Medicines for Yazda MMU Project), and Supplier Name.
- Submit hard copies only to:
- Yazda Office – Power Gate Building, 2nd Floor, Apartment 3, Zakho Street, Duhok, Kurdistan Region of Iraq
