Project Objective

The project aims to encourage users to engage in positive environmental and social behaviors through an intelligent mobile application that utilizes digital activities, incentives, and continuous interactive mechanisms between individuals and partner institutions.

Scope of Work

The project includes the development of an interactive mobile application compatible with Android and iOS, along with a web-based administration panel for managing content, activities, users, and partners.

The work scope includes:

• Developing user-friendly interactive interfaces suitable for different age groups (including children and youth).
• Designing a secure and scalable back-end architecture with documented APIs.
• Integration with device sensors and external services (location, step counter, email, payment, maps).
• Multilingual support (Arabic, English, Kurdish) and full RTL compatibility.
• A gamified system of points, rewards, ranks, and digital badges linked with real-world partners (discounts / vouchers).
• Interactive reports and analytics to monitor engagement and impact.
• Multi-channel notifications (in-app, email, SMS).
• Post-launch technical and operational support.

A. Registration & Account Management

• Registration via email / phone / social login (OAuth).
• User roles and permissions (user, content moderator, partner admin, system admin).
• Privacy management and acceptance of terms and policies.

B. Content & Activities

• Creation of customizable digital challenges and tasks.
• Multimedia library (texts, images, videos).
• Calendar of local events and partnerships.

C. Gamification

• Points, badges, and level systems.
• Digital reward wallet and vouchers.
• Referral and invitation system.

D. Integrations

• Email and SMS providers.
• Maps and geolocation services.
• Future integration with educational or partner systems.

E. Reporting & Analytics

• Interactive dashboards with engagement indicators.

Eligibility & Administrative Requirements

• Officially registered software development company.
• At least two similar projects completed within the past 3 years if applicable.
• Compliance with data protection policies and national regulations.
• Signing of an NDA and Service Level Agreement (SLA) before implementation.
• Minimum warranty period of 6 months after launch.
• The Association reserves the right to reject any proposal without providing justification.
