Need your kind cooperation to provide us with the quotation to Prepare the final Financial Statement for PUI  For Kurdistan region of Iraq for the year 2025:

1. The deadline for the EQR is ,25.10.2025
2. Sign and stamp the attached request EQR and fill in the whole requested information in Yellow (Prices, Delivery
   Date, total amount, and the validity of the quotation) before the deadline mentioned.
3. Provide the quotation in USD currency or the exchange rate for another currency (Iraqi dinar or EURO).
4. The delivery location will be Erbil .

6. Identify the payment terms by bank account. Send the bank account details on the official letterhead as mentioned in the EQR.

7. Supplier information and support documents such as:

• Company registration certificate.
• Tax clearance certificate.
• Representative ID.
• Work permit.
• Other relevant documents.
