Vehicles for Auction

20 vehicles are ready for auction. All vehicles are in used condition and will be sold on an "As is, where is" basis.

Terms & Conditions:

• Inspection Period: Vehicles can be inspected from Sunday12.10.2025 to Wednesday 22.10.2025, during hours (14:00–18:00) at RAWA Auto Company Yard, Erbil – Ainkawa, Gazna Road.
• Registration: Interested bidders must complete registration before the deadline in order to participate in the auction.
• Vehicle Condition: All vehicles have valid Traffic Police Inspection and Periodic Vehicle Inspection (PVI) certificates until 2026.
• Deposit Requirement: A deposit of 2,000,000 IQD per item must be submitted as a guarantee. For successful bidders, the deposit will be retained until the transfer of vehicle ownership is completed. Unsuccessful bidders will be refunded their deposit after the auction is finalized.
• Identification Documents: Bidders must submit the following documents along with their offer; otherwise, their bid will not be considered:
• Iraqi nationals: A copy of a valid national ID and information card.
• Foreign nationals: A copy of a valid passport and residency card.
• Withdrawal by Bid Winner: If the winning bidder withdraws and decides not to purchase the vehicle, the deposit will not be refunded.
• The seller reserves the right to reject any bid, in part or in full, without providing an explanation.
• Payment: The winning bidder must finalize payment within 3 working days of receiving the confirmation of award.
• Buyer’s Obligations: All registration-related costs (taxes, license plates, inspection, and ownership transfer fees) are the sole responsibility of the buyer.
• Ownership Registration: The bidder who pays the deposit must register the vehicle in their own name if they win the bid.
• The winning bidders must pay a 5% service fee of the vehicle’s cost to RAWA Auction Company in addition to the vehicle price.
