Oxfam is a registered International Non-Governmental Organization. It is a member of OXFAM International, an international confederation of 17 organizations working together in 98 countries with partners and other allies around the world.

OXFAM focuses its activities on providing a comprehensive response to poverty, working cohesively in the four areas that constitute its identity: development cooperation, humanitarian action, fair trade, social mobilization, campaigns and education for global citizenship. 

Oxfam is conducting an auction to sale its ítems in competitive process within Iraq and invites your submission of an offer within their requirements for:

تقوم منظمة أوكسفام بإجراء مزاد لبيع الممتلكات و المواد بطريقة تنافسية داخل العراق وتدعوكم لتقديم عرض ضمن متطلباتها من أجل:

Selling Items in Oxfam Anbar Office-Ramadi, suppliers, companies and individuals are welcome to conduct a visit for the ítems check.

بيع المواد في مكتب أوكسفام انبار-حي التاميم الدواجن، نرحب بالموردين والشركات والأفراد لإجراء زيارة للتحقق من المواد.

as per the conditions detailed in the attached BoQ.

Offers must be submitted to the below address in sealed envelopes filled up and signed with IQD:

يجب تقديم العروض إلى العنوان أدناه في مظاريف مغلقة ومملوءة وموقعة بالدينار العراقي:

Online offers (via email) Will not be considered.      لن يتم النظر في العروض المقدمة عبر الإنترنت (عبر البريد الإلكتروني).

• Suppliers/companies and individuals have experience & work in the same field of work are encouraged to participate in the auction.

• يتم تشجيع الموردين/الشركات والأفراد الذين لديهم الخبرة والعمل في نفس مجال العمل على المشاركة في المزاد.

• Suppliers, companies, and individuals are preferred to conduct a visit to check the items physically as all items are used and second hand.

• يفضل أن يقوم الموردين والشركات والأفراد بزيارة المكتب لفحص العناصر و المواد حيث أن جميع المواد تم استخدامها ومستعملة.

• For your kind information that all the mentioned items in the BoQ are unassembled and not connected to power in the office for example, need only leading and transportation.
• • لعلمكم أن جميع العناصر المذكورة في جدول الكميات غير مجمعة وغير متصلة بالطاقة في المكتب على سبيل المثال، تحتاج فقط إلى الحمل والنقل.
• The price has include uninstalling all items, loading and transportation of all items from the office.

• السعر يشمل تحميل المواد ونقلها من المكتب.

• Payment method (Suppliers who will be selected as a winner have to pay formally for the items before loading and uninstalling to finance department in QD).

• طريقة الدفع: يجب على الموردين الذين سيتم اختيارهم كفائزين الدفع رسميًا مقابل المواد قبل التحميل و الازالة لقسم المالية/الحسابات في المكتب والدفع سيكون بالدينار العراقي.

• Fill, Sign the BoQ, and to be submitted in a sealed envelope, and clarify for which items they are offering as (Air conditioners (AC) only, Treadmill, or  generators, or all in one package).

• املاء و وقع علي جداول الكميات، وتقديمها في ظرف مغلق، وتوضيح المواد التي ترغبون في التقديم لها مثلا (مكيفات الهواء فقط/السبالت، جهاز الركض، او المولدات أو كلها في حزمة واحدة).

• The priced offer must be in IQD, and this offer will be included the uninstallation of the items with loading and transportation from the office.

• يجب أن يكون العرض بالدينار العراقي، ويشمل هذا العرض إزالة المواد مع التحميل والنقل من المكتب.
• Offers will not be considered after the mentioned date and time of submission.
• لن يتم النظر في العروض المقدمة بعد التاريخ والوقت المذكورين للتقديم.
• Oxfam preserve the right to accept and award the contract based on the criteria.
• تحتفظ منظمة أوكسفام بالحق في قبول العقد ومنحه بناءً على المعايير.
• Please make sure you understand all the required specification in the BoQ before submitting your offer.
• يرجى التأكد من فهمك لكافة المواصفات المطلوبة في جدول الكميات قبل تقديم عرضك.

• Only the best offers will be contacted for meeting.

• سيتم الاتصال فقط بأفضل العروض للاجتماع.

Offers must submit in hard copy in a sealed envelope with the Item names.

يجب تقديم العروض في نسخة مطبوعة داخل ظرف مغلق مع ذكر اسم المادة المقدمة لها.

OXFAM preserve the right to accept the whole or part of the offer.

تحتفظ منظمة أوكسفام بالحق في قبول العرض بأكمله أو جزء منه.
