Instructions for Suppliers Applying for Request for Bids (RFB)
Introduction:
ِAl Hub Wa Al Salam Iraqi Globally Organization ( ILP) is a local, non-profit, non-governmental organization headquartered in Anbar - Fallujah - dedicated to supporting and empowering women and youth.
This document outlines the instructions and conditions for suppliers wishing to apply for the Request for Bids (RFB) to provide agricultural materials to the locations of Haditha and Fallujah. The required materials include:

Suppliers will be responsible for the delivery and transportation of these materials to the aforementioned locations. All bids must comply with the conditions specified below.
Scope of Work:
The supplier will be required to:

Provide Agricultural Materials:

Dripping systems, seeds, fertilizers, hand tools, and pesticides that meet the specified quality standards and are suitable for the intended use.

Delivery and Transportation:

The supplier is responsible for transporting and delivering the materials to the locations of Haditha and Fallujah.
