General Context

The Deutsche Welthungerhilfe e. V. (hereinafter also referred to as "Welthungerhilfe" or "WHH") is one of the largest private development cooperation and humanitarian aid organizations in Germany. Welthungerhilfe is a non-profit organization and is politically and denominationally independent. It fights for "Zero Hunger by 2030".

Objective

Welthungerhilfe-Iraq Country Office will be auctioning off a Toyota Vehicle. The detailed of the vehicles is indicated in the bid document. The brief details of the bid are as follows:

Welthungerhilfe reserves the right to cancel/withdraw the bidding process without assigning any reason and shall bear no liability whatsoever consequent upon such a decision.

Bidders who do not receive a written feedback twenty-five (25) days after expiry of the deadline have not been successful.

2. Terms and Conditions:

• -  The currency used in this Bid must be only in United State Dollar (USD), and payment shall be made in USD either by Cash or Bank transfer.

• -  The bidders shall submit the price provided without any alterations. In case of discrepancy in the quoted price (In figure) and quoted price (In words), the quoted price ( In words) shall prevail, and the bid price shall be corrected accordingly.

• -  The buyer shall assume full responsibility for any and all taxes, duties, or fees associated with the purchase and transfer of ownership of the vehicle.

• -  Welthungerhilfe assumes no responsibility for any repairs, maintenance,
  or defects following the transfer of ownership. The buyer accepts full liability for the vehicle upon completion of the sale.

• -  The transfer of ownership will only take place once full payment has been received and cleared up. The buyer is responsible for all associated paperwork, including title transfer, registration, and licensing.

• -  All payments made for the purchase of the vehicle are non-refundable upon transfer of ownership.

• -  The buyer acknowledges that they have had the opportunity to inspect the vehicle and are satisfied with its condition before proceeding with the purchase.

• -  The vehicle will be awarded to the highest bidder based on the bid price submitted.
