Tender Notice
Nadia's Initiative (NI) is supporting to construct sidewalks in Wardia village in Sinjar.
The material specifications are included in the Bill of Quantities (BoQ) and catalogue.
Requirements/ specifications:
- Preferably based in Sinjar with experience working in the Sinjar region.
- Able to complete the project within the specified timeframe.
Bids should include:
- Completed Bill of Quantities (BOQ) form (a separate document) specifying the total cost
- Signed and stamped copy of the quotation
- Company information document (a separate document).
- Copy of valid company/ business registration.
- Copy of business owner ID
- Of the company indicating the similar work and projects
- and ID of skilled workers and company Engineer.
- Work progress table of the project (work plan illustrating duration of each item)
- Company registration document
Evaluation Criteria
The selection will be based on value for cost, quality, time and experience according to requirements and principles of humanitarian aid. We will be running a Tender Evaluation Committee and the following criteria will be used to judge your Tender against the Tenders received from other suppliers. Also blocked party screening will be done for the suppliers. The final decision will be reviewed and approved by NI.
