Terms of Reference (ToR) - Consultant
 
Women Empowerment Organization (WEO) seeks a consultant to conduct comprehensive mapping for Networks, followed by an Inter-Network Capacity and Collaboration Needs Assessment, and unified advocacy strategy design for the project “Strengthening Women’s Rights Organizations and WPS Networks to Advance Equality in Iraq.” This Project is implemented as part of “Strengthening Participation, Peaceful Coexistence and Equality in Iraq (SPACE)” programme funded by the Government of the Federal Republic of Germany and supported by the Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) GmbH. The project aims to create an enabling environment for women’s meaningful participation in decision-making through enhanced policies and advocacy that advance equality between men and women, and peacebuilding in Iraq, including Kurdistan Region.
