Description

TdH Italy is looking for new resources to support the admin/finance department in accounting and administration related tasks.

position: Admin Assistant

Duty station: Erbil

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Scan and upload all the Documents of project

Checking and archive the Documents

Collect all the supporting documents

Print and archive the cover sheets

Support the country administrator to any other need;

Qualifications & Preferred Skills

bachelor degree in administration, accounting or similar fields.
at least 1 year experience in administration/finance department, better if with NGOs;
knowledge of the main regulation and policies related to administration and finance in the NGO/humanitarian sector;
knowledge of Iraqi and KRG labor law is an asset;
very good knowledge of excel, previous experience with an accounting software is an asset;
English , Arabic, and Kurdish langauge are required
