Al-Rafidain Center for Dialogue RCD is an independent think tank that seeks to encourage political, cultural, and economic dialogue among all elites in order to promote the democratic experience, achieve social peace, and provide the state, along with society, with strategic experiences and views in order to actualize its rule and enhance its performance.
Al-Rafidain Center for Dialogue RCD represents a free space for dialogue that embraces objectivity and neutrality, and utilizes its outputs to pressure decision-makers and guide public opinion towards the (State of Institutions).
