General Description of the Role (Brief): |
The position holder will be responsible for the revision and preparation of quality reports and their timely submission to partners. He/ She will also ensure support in the organization’s business development and expansion through diversification of partners and submission of quality Concept Notes and Proposals.
Reporting and documentation: 50% · Prepare a master reporting schedule for all projects and make sure that all Project leads adhere to the deadlines. · Ensure the revision of all reports and improve their quality before submission to the Country Programs Manager or relevant Project Managers. · Collect and compile data from relevant departments and prepare quality, monthly, quarterly and annual reports · Work closely with M&E and Media units to produce quality Media documents to be shared with external partners such as Newsletters, Brochures, media reports, case studies. · Attend coordination meetings, prepare, and share meeting minutes. · Work closely with MEAL unit to ensure that Lessons learned are well captured and stored · Attend BVA and ITT meetings with Program Manager, Project leads and relevant departments representatives and draft actions and follow up plans.

Required Skills and Abilities:
· At least 3 year’s professional work experience in Programs development and donor relations
· 3 years’ previous experience with NGOs
· Excellent proposal writing skills
· Excellent English both written and spoken
· Good commands of Kurdish, and Arabic languages both written and spoken
· Good Communication and Leadership skills
· Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
· Knowledge of Northeast Syria and Iraq context
· Excellent organizational skills, ability to determine priorities and attention to detail is a must
. Demonstrated interpersonal skills, sound judgment, planning, and team building and facilitating skills
Qualifications and Education Requirements: |
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Education, or any relevant field
