
Job Overview
This role involves ensuring the quality and performance of our products, gathering and analyzing business requirements, and providing exceptional customer support. The ideal candidate should have a strong analytical mindset, excellent communication skills, and a passion for improving both product quality and customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
Quality Assurance (QA)
- Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts for web, mobile, and backend systems.
- Identify, document, and track software bugs and defects, ensuring timely resolution.
- Conduct functional, performance, and usability testing.
- Work closely with developers to verify bug fixes and ensure system stability.
- Implement and maintain automated testing frameworks where applicable.
- Make appropriate recommendations and execution plans based on report findings.
- Manage quality assurance parameters, maintaining statistical process controls, analyzing associated data, and other assorted technical support as needed.
Business Analysis (BA)
- Gather, analyze, write document business (BRD) and system requirements from stakeholders.
- Translate business needs into functional specifications and workflows.
- Collaborate with development teams to ensure the implementation aligns with business objectives.
- Identify process improvements and recommend solutions to enhance product efficiency.
- Assist in the creation of user stories, wireframes, and use case scenarios.
Technical & Soft Skills Required
- Experience with QA methodologies (manual and automated testing).
- Proficiency in business analysis tools (JIRA, Confluence, or similar).
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and documentation abilities.
- Basic understanding of APIs, databases, and web technologies is a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, cross-functional team environment.
- Familiar with Agile or Scrum methodologies.
- Familiarity with SQL queries & NoSQL for data validation.
- Exposure to automation testing tools (Selenium, Cypress, etc.).
