Expert T&S issues, Focus: Protection (m/f)
Implementation of project activities according to the specified deadlines and organisational, contractual and financial directives.
Depending on the specialist division, the Expert is responsible for carrying out procurement activities, implementing technical measures and / or implementing social components within the framework of the specified project assignment.

- Implementation of specialist workshops
- Consultancy regarding the introduction, rehabilitation or maintenance of technical equipment, regarding social issues or any other areas in the focus of this position.
- Helps ensure adherence to quality standards in relevant fields
- Management and maintenance of technical equipment, if applicable
- Instruction and training of national staff
- Monitoring of the inventory management of relief supplies (incoming/outgoing goods, regular stock checks, resupply) and their distribution to the target groups or project locations
- Documentation of relevant technical and procurement processes in accordance with the co-financing agreement or Welthungerhilfe directives (such as Assignment Allocation Regulation, AAR).
- Preparation of project progress reports
- Fulfillment of any other tasks which are assigned by the management and correspond in general with the character of this position
2.3 Specific Activities and duties of the position
Assist the project staff in planning and implimentation of COVID-19 activities; Unconditional Cash Transfer and, Training sessions and hygine promotion which includes distribution of hygine kits and awarness raising.
1-Support the Project staff in setting up all project activities in the area in coordination with the relevant stakeholders;government, community members, community leaders etc.
2-Ensure the implementation of agreed plans at the field level to achieve quality results on time.
3-Upon request of the Project staff, organize meetings with government and community representatives for selection of target areas and establish close relationships with them.
4- Ensure that the identification and selection of targeted beneficiaries according to previously defined selection criteria for unconditional Cash-distribution ,COVID-19 training and Hygine promotion (awareness and hygien kit distributiom );
5-Instruct and supervise the community mobilizer teams and monitor their performace in conducting activities and ensure that activities are being implemented according to the work plan;
6-Support the project officer in organizing , conducting and supervising the distributions ( registeration, distribution and monitoring);
7-Identifythe GBV cases, Safely handle and report the identified cases to the project staff members in order to be referred. Follow up with the cases with project staff and the people of concern.
8-Regularly conducting assessment and observation of new location and report it to the line manager.
9-Support the Project staff to ensure that all the activities are carried out and reported in an effective, efficient and transparent manner;
10-Liaise with the M&E Officer regarding Post-Distribution Monitoring (PDM), other surveys and lessons learnt;
11-Report security incidences in the field in a timely manner to the Project staff (Team Leader);
12-Report any incidences related to protection and PSEA incident of IDPs and host-communities to the Senior Protection Officer.
13-Collect, analyze , translate,and update the data requested and report it to project officer(s);
14-Managing the transportation of the community mobilizers.
15- Organize and supervise the conducting covid-19 training ,selectionof benifeciaries and monitor theg performace of the trainer.
16-Ensure that WHH Feedback, complains response mechanism FCRM is available and effective in the project area.
