Save the Children International in Iraq is inviting submissions of tenders for a contract to provide the following services:

Installation of solar system for 2 school and 1 learning center in targeted location (Domiz1, Domiz2 refugee camp

Please follow the below two submission options 

Electronic Submission via ProSave

• Submit your response in accordance with the guidance provided in the below document: if you are registered in Ariba Network

Electronic Submission via Email

• Email should be addressed to Procurement Department at This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.
• Note – this is a sealed tender box which will not be opened until the tender has closed. Therefore, do not send tender related questions to this email address as they will not be answered.
• The subject of the email should be “PR567825/Bidder Response – ‘Bidder Name’, ‘Date’’.
• All attached documents should be clearly labelled so it is clear to understand what each file relates to.
• Emails should not exceed 20mb – if the file sizes are large, please split the submission into two emails.
• Do not copy other SCI email addresses into the email when you submit it as this will invalidate your bid.

Paper Submission

• One paper copy submitted on headed paper Iraq Dohuk Field Office /Qazi Muhammed Road,Beside Amanuel Hotel,Rasan Street
• Bids should be submitted in a single sealed envelope addressed to Nechirvan Burhan
• The envelope should clearly indicate the Invitation to tender reference number PR567825 but contain no other details relating to the bid or the bidder name.

All supporting documentation should be labelled and grouped together (individual envelopes, stapled etc), and then included in a single sealed envelope as per the above.

Note: Required documents mentioned in the complex RFQ document.

The final date of submission will be than 18 Feb 2025 16:00 GMT+3 Iraq time. All offers sent after that date will be neglected.
