The Reporting Officer will be based in Erbil under the direct supervision of the project manager and overall supervision of the programs director. Accordingly the candidate will be required to perform the following duties and responsibilities. 

• Analyze and synthesize data
• Produce weekly & monthly Situation Reports, quarterly indicator reports, annual reports and other narrative reports as assigned by the relevant departments.
• Create info graphics, interactive maps and other communication material as needed.
• Overseeing reporting and data  quality in an accurate and timely manner.
• Monitor and ensure accuracy of data collection.
• Supportthe implementation and improvement of monitoring and evaluation tools and frameworks.
• Stay overtime when required.
• Perform any other needed duties as directed by program manager or KHRW Head office.

• Bachelor’s degree in communication, management, computer science or any related field is preferred.
• A minimum of 3 years of progressively responsible experience in reporting, communications, public relations, project development, data Analysis, data visualization and report writing. 
• Conceptual analytical and evaluation skills to conduct independent research and analysis.
• Computer literate and proficiency in MS office software
• Oral and written fluency in English and Arabic
