- Ensure personnel files are complete and assure adherence to highest level of confidentiality.
- Maintain updated HR databases on timely basis including CCR contact list.
- Ensure timely submission of monthly timesheets and filing.
- Close and archive personnel files on timely basis.
- Support recruitment process, by arranging tests and interviews and in longlists if needed.
- Monitor expiry of staff contracts and advise the Senior HR officer on a timely basis.
- Maintain leave database on monthly basis and ensure timely update of leave forms and database, communicating to staff members and line managers leave days remaining..
- Arrange induction of new staff and follow ups.
- Ensure HR related exit requirements of leavers.
- Any other tasks requested by line manager.
- University graduate, ideally Human resource, administration, business management or another relevant field.
- At least one year experience in HR field with INGOs.
- Good English and Arabic and Kurdish both written and spoken is required.
- Good communication skills.
- Motivation, creativity, and ability to work independently
- Ability to work in a diverse team, managing stressful situations and results orientation.
