Purpose of the position
ZOA is intended to hire a Driver who ensures the safe and timely transportation of ZOA staff to field sites in/around Anbar, Erbil and Ninawa. The Driver will ensure that his vehicle is clean and well-maintained at all times. Also, the driver will support ZOA’s Anbar-based team through driving and other minor logistics support.

Major Duties and Responsibilities
Vehicle Control:
- Responsibility for driving ZOA staff carefully and safely as per ZOA driving standards, for meetings or travel within Anbar, base visits to Erbil or mobile site visits in Ninevah as needed.
- Transporting stock or documents as needed, or transporting staff and/or goods to other locations as required.
- Vehicle Maintenance:
- Responsibility for keeping vehicles clean, conducting daily and weekly vehicle checks, and managing general vehicle maintenance as per ZOA guidelines.
- Reporting and following up any issues or problems that arise with vehicles.
- Logistics Support:
- Provide assistance for base operations in Anbar training center and accommodation:
- Facilities maintenance, repairs, and other logistics processes.
- Provide assistance with loading and unloading of vehicles.
- Collecting quotes, delivering contracts, and other documentation as needed.
- Security: General awareness of security procedures and guidelines in place; follow them and report any security-related incidents or risks/threats using ZOA incident reporting procedures and app.
- Ensure all Anbar vehicles are in compliance with the ZOA IRQ Security Plan.
- Any other reasonable duties as assigned by the Logistics Officer or the Logistics Manager
- Any other duties and tasks in line with the position as assigned by the supervisor.

Knowledge & Experience:
- Degree in technical education, construction or relevant field;
- Five years experience in a technical or relevant profession;
- Fluently speaking Arabic and English,

Vehicle Type:
- Provide a Modern vehicle (SUV) of the model of 2017 and above, Double Axel (4x4), (7) Seats with the Driver. From the origin of the provision of services to transport the staff of the organization and materials for work from and to the office of the organization with unlimited KM driving per month. in addition, the vehicles Mileage should be less than (47,000) Mileage which equal to (75,640) KM. and
Special requirements
Regular travel throughout the country to the field as much as possible
