INVITATION TO BID

NCA NGO is launching a Local Open Tender and invites interested suppliers/candidates to participate in the procurement procedure for the relevant lot(s):

• -  RFQ No. 3065 Stationery for Duhok, Sinune, Sinjar, Mosul and Alqosh

• -  RFQ No. 3066 Office needs/supply, cleaning products, sweet/backing materials.

• -  RFQ No. 3089 Framework with hotel in Duhok.

• -  RFQ No. 3090 Framework with hotel in Erbil.

1. All the goods are for a humanitarian project in NCA/GBV activities an intervention supported by MFA.

2. The criteria of selection are :

• -  Good quality of products.

• -  Good price.

• -  For hotels good services and good security location.

3. All offers, in English language only, must be delivered to the office mentioned below by 02.05.2023. Late bids will be rejected. Applicants with questions regarding this tender should send then in writing (fax or email) up to 30.01.2023.

4. Tenders will be opened at the address mentioned below at the time stated in the Tender Dossier. Tenderers or their authorized representative can be present at the opening of tenders.

5. Tender documents will be available from 22.01.2023. Interested tenderers may obtain the Tender Dossier in English at no cost from the Contracting Authority mentioned below.
