Arbeiter-Samariter-Bund (ASB) has allocated funds from their donor partners to be used for the Procurement of a Build Contractor to Construction of Al Rashad, PRIMARY HEALTH CARE CENTER, Daquq district, Kirkuk Governorate

1. ASB now invites written sealed bids from eligible bidders to undertake the execution of rehabilitate and build civil works as stipulated in the bidding documents.
2. Bidding will be conducted in accordance with the Open Domestic Bidding procedures contained in the Arbeiter-Samariter-Bund (ASB) Procurement Policy, 2018. Envelopes containing sealed bids must be marked with the above procurement reference number on the top right corner indicating the bid being submitted.
3. In order to be qualified for award of contract, bidders shall provide evidence satisfactory to ASB of their experience, technical and financial capability as well as availability of resources to execute the contract effectively. The minimum experience requirements for qualification for the contract are as indicated in the bidding document.
4. Bidders may obtain further information from ASB and inspect the bidding documents at the address given below from 09:00am (Local time) to 5:00pm (Local time) during working days from Sundays to Thursdays.
5. Bidders are advised to visit and examine the site of works, its surroundings and obtain all information that may be necessary for preparing their bids and entering into contract for construction of the works. Site visit shall be done jointly on _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ TBC, _ _^th June 2022, at the construction site Al Rashad (Location details are: https://www.google.de/maps/place/35%C2%B008'11.4%22N+44%C2%B005'20.3%22E/@35.1369832,44.0880672,419m/data=!3m1!1e3!4m5!3m4!1s0x0:0xce58519f86772675!8m2!3d35.136507!4d44.088981). 6. A complete set of Bidding Documents in English may be downloaded from the address below.
7. Bids clearly marked “Construction of Al Rashad, PRIMARY HEALTH CARE CENTER, Daquq district, Kirkuk Governorate, ASB-IRK2105/WORKS/2022/0003” must be delivered in a closed envelope to the address below by 13:00 PM local time on or before 10^th July 2022.
